Workshop Registration, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy
This policy applies to paid workshops offered through Breakthrough Coaching.
Registration and Capacity
Workshops are offered in small-group formats with limited capacity. Each registration reserves a seat that cannot be offered to someone else once the workshop approaches.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop may be refunded or rescheduled.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop are not eligible for a refund if the participant does not reschedule, as the reserved seat likely prevented another participant from registering.
Rescheduling
Participants may reschedule their registration to a future workshop when circumstances require.
If an unexpected situation arises within a few hours of the workshop (such as an emergency), participants are encouraged to reach out directly.
In those situations, rescheduling—or a refund—may be offered at discretion.
Our Posture
This policy exists to balance fairness and stewardship with flexibility and trust. When unexpected circumstances arise, the goal is to handle them reasonably and relationally rather than rigidly.
If you have questions or need to discuss a situation, please reach out.
Subsite Coverage
WonderfullyWIRED and EmergingLEADER operate as subsites of Breakthrough Coaching and are governed by this unified set of policies.
