The dramatic changes we’ve witnessed in the last few years have strained many existing systems and resource chains. Ministries and organizations, regardless of size and function, must respond to a fluctuating external environment, and sometimes also to varying internal needs. To meet overarching goals, leaders must be prepared to evaluate and tweak or even re-create methods that will bring desired results.

I have both education and experience (35+ years) of working with non-profit organizations and ministries, and I also have served in a church setting and have worked in environments outside of the United States.
